What counts as a monthly active user (MAU)?
A monthly active user is any unique user who authenticates through AuthOS within a calendar month. Usage is reset on the 1st of each month.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you’ll be charged the prorated difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay via ACH or wire transfer.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. All credentials are encrypted with AES-256 GCM.
Can I self-host AuthOS?
Yes, Enterprise customers can choose to self-host AuthOS on their own infrastructure. Contact sales for more information.
